All items are made to order and to size for you. I do not offer refunds and cannot take returns due to the custom nature of the product. If I have made a mistake on our end, please contact us so we can find a solution.

It is your responsibility to provide me with accurate measurements and details so I can provide you with the best product.
Please immediately provide your measurements. If you are unsure I would be happy to assist you. If you do not provide measurements within one week of ordering, your order will be moved to the bottom of the production list which will affect processing times. Collars will be shipped out in a standard size if no measurements are provided by 3 weeks.
