Shipping policy

All packages are mailed in discrete shipping from “RVB”

Once your order has been shipped you will be emailed a tracking number.
Emails will be sent directly to the email you provide when placing an order. Please be sure that your email address and shipping address is correct.

Collars and other items will be shipped within two weeks, and typically they get made and shipped faster. 
For larger items such as harnesses please allow 1 to 3 months depending on my work load. 

I am not responsible for packages once they are shipped. Please consider this when choosing where to send your package, especially if you do not have a secure mail area. Stolen packages cannot be replaced. If you believe your package is missing, please contact USPS directly and dispute a case with them.

I am not responsible for customs and import duties on international orders.
